(Hermosa Palms - Casa 72) is the result of a short,
catch-and-release sea fishing trip. There was an instant love
affair with the location which became a three-year project to build
this custom home.
The location fronts a beautiful black-sand beach (Playa Hermosa) which provides water sports as well as relaxing on the beach. Surfing, horseback riding, mountain bike riding, zip lining, golf, deep sea fishing are just a few of the activities available in this area.
This Central Pacific Coast area is rich in wild-life, flora and fauna. "Castillo del Mar" is located next to a wild-life sanctuary / turtle hatchery.
While at this lovely vacation rental, you may use the incredible pool belonging to the 24/7 security gated Hermosa Palms neighborhood. The Club House provides equipment and services to aid you in visiting and enjoying Costa Rica.

"Castillo del Mar" is a beautiful new vacation rental home in the private gated community of Hermosa Palms. It is only ten-minute drive to the beach town of Jaco where there are a variety of restaurants, bars, shopping, and access to fishing, tours, zip lining, golf, and surf lessons.
A new, modern highway was completed in 2010. This highway provides you with a 90-minute drive to the San Jose International Airport.
Only a 25-minute drive takes you to an excellent golf course at Los Suenos.
This well-appointed and furnished 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioned throughout, home also has a washer/dryer, cable TV, outdoor grill, large community pool, iPOD connection, wi-fi broadband internet access, and 24-hour security.
